On-the-road training can be intimidating for new drivers. We’re looking for mentors willing to guide their students to confidence in their driving skills through training accomplishments. Anxiety is one the leading causes of accidents, so limiting anxiety in the learning portion of driving can help save lives and lead to better drivers. Getting driving instructors into real cars with students can help lower the number of car crashes and save lives. According to national statistics, over 100 people die every day from car crashes. Alabama in 2017 was the fourth most deadly state with 19.7 deaths per 100,000 population. You can do your part to lower that number by becoming an instructor.

We’re looking for someone who respects the rules of the road and believes in instilling those rules into students learning to drive.

We’re open to hiring individuals from all backgrounds. Teachers, coaches, parents, anyone that has ever or has ever wanted to teach others drive well.You’ll be in close quarters inside the training vehicle so we need someone comfortable and confident in that situation. We find that we’re busiest in the summer, so your extra time off as a teacher is a perfect opportunity to pick up some extra cash.

No matter how many hours you choose to work, we like a good mix of employees. We don’t want you to burn out. Regardless of any quantifiable experience you have (besides a clean and safe record!), we fully train our instructors on our techniques of skill development. Your tasks will vary, but you must be able to, demonstrate how to safely operate a motor vehicle. You will teach and explain in an easily understood, relaxed, and confident way. We are looking for instructors, not warm bodies.
